This coffee is one of the top lots this season from one of my suppliers. It's a peaberry, but also dry process, and it's beautiful. Chocolaty at darker roasts, I end to gravitate toward medium roasts, and it's here that caramel sweetness, blackberry, and graham cracker rule, in a very thick, syrupy cup, with soft delicate floral notes. It's REALLY excellent as drip, and I pulled a slew of achingly gorgeous shots, just stunning as a single origin espresso, and extremely easy to dial in.
