Product Description

This honey-process coffee is grown on an estate in an indigenous community. Due to limited processing capabilities, the grower, Abraham, shares a wet mill and drying room with his neighbor. Honey-processing shares similarities with natural-processing, including a very fruit-forward cup: dried apricot, berry, and fig, with deep chocolate notes and huge body. Works great as espresso. 


Sold in 1lb increments.
