This coffee is from the same Cup of Excellence producing Siberia Estate as the last El Salvador, still exquisitely grown and processed, but with two differences: it's the yellow bourbon cultivar instead of red bourbon, and it's washed, not natural/honey process. It's a similar flavor profile, still huge sweet chocolate notes, candied orange peel, and floral notes, but also some sweet cinnamon spice notes, and it's like it went to finishing school and learned some manners. It's very refined.
