Papua New Guinea is generally lumped in with Indonesian coffees, but it's a completely separate region, with old cultivars and wet-processing techniques brought from Tanzania. The coffees tend to be much cleaner and brighter than most Indonesians, and this one is no different: super thick and sweet, with almost a fruity pebble bouquet of fruit notes, candied orange peel, and cola. It works great as espresso and drip.
