A lot of Brazilian coffee tends toward the chocolatey, nutty flavor profile. This is not that. This coffee is way more complex and exciting, even refined: while it does have chocolate notes, it's Valrhona 72%, and quickly moves toward fruitiness, tasting just like chocolate covered cherries, with nutmeg, clove, and floral notes. My first cup brewed in my Technivorm was pretty mind-blowing; should make an excellent single origin espresso, as well!
