This Guji is processed by the Shonora family, who have had multiple processing sites in the area for decades, supplied by the surrounding small-holder farms, most of which are less than a hectare. This is dry processed in the traditional Ethiopian way on raised beds.
The word 'powerhouse' was used to describe this coffee: intensely sweet and fruity, ranging between ripe and dried fruit, first strawberry, then blueberry as the coffee cools in the cup, dried peach, apricot jam, fresh sweet fig, Ricola, chai tea, and mulling spice. Excellent for a wild shot of espresso and drip.
Sold in 1lb increments.
