Aricha, of former 'Misty Valley' fame, is a processing mill with a stellar reputation. They gather coffees from around 700 small shareholders, sort, and process (in this case, natural process). These are some of the highest grown coffees in Ethiopia; higher altitude slows growth, leads to denser beans, and is in general desirable. This coffee has notes of blackberry, grape, and peach, with delicate vanilla and chamomile.
