This coffee is a traditional wet-hulled Sumatra, grown by a group of 300 smallholder farms, but it stands out from the rest: it has herbal and foresty notes, but they are in the background, with brown sugar sweetness, canned peaches, fresh raspberry zing, and nutmeg or allspice notes taking the fore. It reminds me of a really good peach turnover, and it's so satisfying!
