Ayla is a privately owned washing station in Sidama, serving around 374 smallholder farms, each with their own miniscule plot of land. Heirloom varietals grown at extremely high average elevations, along with cooler temperatures, lead to sweeter, complex flavor profiles. Hand-picked, and painstakingly sorted, this coffee is a great example of what makes Sidama a desirable origin.

Notes of raspberry jam are front and center, with white peach, juicy tangerine, and floral jasmine and orange blossom, with deep stewed apple, and an almost cola-like, caramelly sweetness underpinning it all. Excellent as pour over and drip, and a punchy-concentrated espresso!
