Halo Beriti is a small washing station in the storied Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, serving around 750 small-holder farms (which can be as small as a few trees in someone's backyard). This coffee is a 'special prep', meaning it is hand sorted multiple times at various stages, from receipt, to processing and drying, ensuring only perfect beans make it into your cup.
This coffee has loads of fruit notes, from stewed pear, to crisp apple, to Smuckers raspberry jam, overlaid with floral orange blossom and honeysuckle notes, and deep Snickers-like sweetness. Great for all brew methods!
