Hot on the heels of that outrageously good Papua New Guinea Jiwaka Arufa Natural comes another banger, this time an organic, washed coffee from Chimbu Province. The coffee is harvested from literally everywhere: parks, farms, natural areas, etc. The cherries are collected, brought to the processing center, and judged and priced based on the quality of the cherries. The Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative provides access to the outside world for these very small growers, earning higher prices than otherwise possible. 

Notes of molasses, apple butter, and fresh cut tobacco, with ripe papaya, stone fruit, a spritz of grapefruit zest, and light jasmine completing the cup. Good any way you brew it!
